Set up direct billing for transcription requests with Cielo24

By default, users who order video transcriptions are billed through Vidyard. However, some users may have an ongoing relationship and billing account with Cielo24, an external video transcription company.

In this case, users that have their own Cielo24 account are able to set up direct billing through Cielo24. 

Note: This feature must be enabled by your Customer Success Manager, or the Support team

To set up direct billing to Cielo24

  1. In the Group menu, click Integrations.
    Groups menu, Integration button. 
  2. In the Integrations section, click Cielo24.
    Note: If you do not see this option, contact your Customer Success Manager to have it enabled.
    The Cielo Integrations.  
  3. In the fields, enter your Cielo24 API User name, and your API Key
  4. Click Link Cielo24 Account. When your account is connected it will display your credentials and a success message.
