Migrate your Oracle Eloqua Integration to the new Vidyard for Oracle Eloqua App

Oracle Eloqua is migrating their third party integrations to an AppCloud. In response, Vidyard integrations for Oracle Eloqua need to be migrated to the new Vidyard for Oracle Eloqua App.

All the functionality of your current integration will remain the same, so to migrate your Oracle Eloqua integration to the new AppCloud, you just need to do two quick tasks, and you can go on with life as usual.

The two tasks you need to do are: 

  • Uninstall your old Vidyard Video Embed Cloud Component
  • Install the new Vidyard for Oracle Eloqua App

Uninstall the Vidyard Video Embed Cloud Component

  1. Log into your Oracle Eloqua account. 
  2. Click the Settings gear icon, then click Setup.
     
  3. Under Administration click Cloud Components.
     
  4. In the component listing, search for and click the Vidyard Video Embed component.
    Search for the Vidyard Video Embed Component.  
  5. Click Disable for the Vidyard Video Embed component.
    Disable button is at the bottom of the component listing.

That's it! Now just install the Vidyard for Oracle Eloqua App and you'll be up and running! 

Install the new Vidyard for Oracle Eloqua App

Note: If you receive an error which interrupts your installation anywhere along this process, find the Vidyard for Oracle Eloqua app within My Apps in your AppCloud Catalogue, and use the trashcan icon to delete the app, and start this process again. (Although it's tempting, don't click Reinstall, just delete and start again). 

  1. Click this link to install the new Vidyard for Oracle Eloqua App.
  2. Log into your Oracle Eloqua Account if prompted.
  3. Click Accept and Install on the App install page.
    Click Accept and Install 
  4. Log into your Vidyard Account if prompted. 
  5. If you see this screen, click Connect to Oracle Eloqua. If not, you can skip to step 7.
    Click Connect to Eloqua 
  6. If you see this screen, click Accept.
    Click Accept 
  7. Click Finish Installing Vidyard for Oracle Eloqua.
    Click Finish Installing Vidyard

Congratulations, you have now installed the Vidyard for Oracle Eloqua app! Your experience within our integration will be the same as always, so you can now go back to getting things done!
