Sometimes you might want to duplicate a video to add it to another group, to add closed captions, or for testing purposes. It's good to keep in mind that duplicating a video doesn't duplicate the player.

Find the video you want to duplicate

From the Content menu click Videos.
Note: This will reveal your video library. All your uploaded videos are available here.

From the Content menu, select Videos.

Hover over the video you want to edit and click Settings

Hover over your video and click Settings.

Duplicate the video

  1. Click Duplicate in the upper right hand corner.
Duplicate button in the top left corner.

  2. Select the group you would like to copy the video to from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Duplicate Video.
The Duplicate Video options dialogue box.

  4. To check out your duplicated video, toggle to the group the video was duplicated to and click Content, then Videos.
  5. Your video will appear in your Library of videos, with the same name as the original, plus "(copy)".
