By default, when a user requests a transcription of a video, Vidyard will bill your account on behalf of Cielo24 - the organization which makes the transcriptions. Organizations who have their own account with Cielo24 are able to set up direct billing through Cielo24, rather than having the billing go through Vidyard.
Note: This feature must be enabled by your Customer Success Manager, or the Support team.
To set up direct billing to Cielo24
- In Vidyard Accounts menu, click .
- In the Integrations section, click .
Note: If you do not see this option, contact your Customer Success Manager to have it enabled.
- In the fields, enter your Cielo24 API User name, and your API Key.
. When your account is connected it will display your credentials and a success message.
