Link Video Views with Salesforce Opportunities

After you've integrated your Vidyard account with Salesforce, you can use Vidyard video view data to create insightful Salseforce reports. Here is one way to leverage this valuable view data by linking it to opportunities!

Part 1: Create a new report type

  1. Create a new custom report type with the following properties:
    1. Primary Object: Opportunities
    2. Report type label: Opportunities with Contacts with Video Views
    3. Report type name: Use the auto-generated one
    4. Report type category: Ours are in “Other Reports”
      New custom report type form
  2. Configure the object relationships as follows:
The first radio button is selected in each case.
