Users of our Vidyard Pro product can access previous invoices on the billing page in their account by selecting Account (your profile picture) > Billing
If you're looking for invoices prior to August 2020, you can reach out to our Accounts Receivable Team to receive a copy (accountsreceivable@vidyard.com).
Please be sure to include the following in your request:
- The email address associated with your Vidyard Pro account
- A list of which month(s) you need invoices for
A member of our team will respond with a
.pdf of the requested invoices. Moving forward, all invoice statements can be found in the platform under Account (your profile picture) > Billing.
