How to customize your Vidyard Pro sharing page theme

Your sharing page is the dedicated webpage where viewers watch your videos.

With your Vidyard Pro subscription, you can customize your sharing page theme to match with your own personal branding, and remove Vidyard's logo and colors.

Here's a short video walkthrough of how to customize your sharing page theme:

Edit your sharing page theme

To get started, select Theme (🎨) from the main menu in your library.

Every video in your account uses the same sharing page, so any changes made to your theme applies to your entire account (i.e. the sharing page theme is a global default setting).

Change your logo and browser tab icon

Add your own branding to the sharing page with a logo and favicon image.

Upload your logo to replace the Vidyard branding in the top-left corner of the sharing page. You can also upload your own favicon — the small image that appears next to the title of your page in the browser tab.

1. Select the Images dropdown
2. Choose Upload Logo or Upload Favicon
   • Your logo can be in either .png or .jpeg format (max 3MB in file size)
   • Your favicon needs to be in a .ico format (32x32 or 16x16)
   
3. Select the image from your computer to upload it to Vidyard
4. Click Save in the top-right corner to confirm your changes

Change your background color

You can further align the sharing page with your product, by changing your background color to match your branding.

1. Select the Background dropdown menu
2. Open the color palette to select a color
   • Alternatively, enter a hexcode or RGB value to pinpoint an exact color

3. Click Save in the top-right corner to confirm your changes

Show or hide your video title

By default, the title of your video is added to the sharing page. This helps viewers understand what the video is about before they click play. 

If you want to remove the video title, toggle the Show Title setting to Off.

1. Select the Video Details dropdown menu
2. Slide the Show Title toggle to the On or Off position
3. Click Save on the top right of the page to confirm your changes

Allow viewers to leave a comment on your sharing page

Allow Replies adds a public comments section beneath your video. Viewers can then respond to your video, provide feedback, or leave a friendly message.

1. Select the Video Details dropdown menu
2. Slide the Allow Replies toggle to the On or Off position
3. Click Save in the top-right corner to confirm your changes

Preview changes to your sharing page theme

After saving your changes, select the Preview button to check out your sharing page and what it looks like for your viewers.
