How to stop Vidyard Prospector from sending emails

Once set up with information about your product or service, Vidyard Prospector will automatically find and send emails to leads that match your selected territory.

Prospector starts sending emails immediately according to the schedule in your Email Preferences.

If you want to stop or reduce emails from being sent, you can edit the schedule in your email preferences or disable sending emails altogether.

Stop Prospector from sending emails

If you want Prospector to stop discovering new leads and sending emails altogether, disable the Schedule and send emails setting in your email preferences.

1. From the main menu, select My Profile > Email Preferences
2. Select the Schedule and send emails toggle to disable sending emails

So long as the Schedule and send emails setting is disabled, you will no longer receive new leads, and Prospector will not create or send new emails. When you're ready to continue prospecting, select the toggle again to resume your schedule.

Change when Prospector sends emails

If you want to reduce when Prospector sends emails to new leads, open your Email Preferences to change the days of the week that you have selected in your current schedule.

1. Return to the Email Preferences page
2. Select (or de-select) the days of the week that you want Prospector to send emails to new leads
