About Vidyard's Rooms Limits
Starting on 24 October of 2023, Vidyard will introduce new limits on the number of Rooms you can create in an account. Any Rooms created before 24 October, 2023 do not count toward your account limit.
For most plan types (Free, Pro or Plus), every account starts with a limit of 3 free Rooms shared between its users. The number of starter Rooms for Business plans (Essentials, Growth, Enterprise) may vary.
If you want to make a new Room but have reached the limit you can create, you can choose to contact us to purchase unlimited Rooms, or delete an existing Room to free up space.
Room limits by plan
Most plans have a limit of 3 starter Rooms for free, but may upgrade to purchase unlimited Rooms.

How do I check my current Room usage?
You can find your current Room usage at the top right-hand corner of the Rooms page in your account.
- Sign in to your Vidyard account
- Select the Rooms icon from the main menu
- Review the counter in the top right-hand corner to see your current usage
How do I increase my Room limit?
If you’d like to increase the number of Rooms you can create, you can choose to upgrade by contacting our Sales Team, or you can delete an existing Room to free up space for a new one.
