Overview
When logged into the Vidyard platform, users typically see a + New Player button in the upper, right-hand corner of the dashboard.
If logged into the Vidyard platform with the credentials of your personal GoVideo account, there is no + New Player button.
Answer
You cannot create players within the Vidyard platform when logged in using your personal GoVideo account.
To create a new player or access video content:
- New players should be created using the GoVideo Chrome extension or the Vidyard GoVideo app within Outlook (used by Vidyard for Outlook users).
- If you are a member of a GoVideo Enterprise organization and require access to specific video content, reach out to your administrator. If necessary, they can invite you to another group within the organization, granting you access to specific video content.
- If you are also a Vidyard user within your organization, select Group > Change Group to access a group where you can create players from within Vidyard.
