Vidyard for Salesforce integration contains an option to have Vidyard videos directly placed into Chatter. This can be installed by completing the Vidyard for Chatter setup instructions.
After installation, you see a Vidyard Server 500 error message appear within the Chatter window, instead of the videos you have available. The screenshot below shows how it should appear without errors.
The reason for this error is likely due to permissions. You need to ensure that the person currently logged into Salesforce has a role with a matching email address within Vidyard.
You will need to ask an Admin to add the user's email address into a role of a group that is integrated with Salesforce.

Log into Salesforce with a different email addresses that is associated to a Vidyard role.
