You can share video content easily though Drift chats.
However, at present, we cannot automatically obtain an email address or other information about visitors on chat, and therefore any views you receive will be unidentified.
If you want to ensure a visitor to Drift chat is identified, you will have to manually add an email query string to the video sharing page URL.
