When you install Vidyard GoVideo, there are 2 possible types that could be active - either the free version or Enterprise.
When you first sign up for GoVideo using the Chrome extension, this will create a free version.
If you are invited via an email from your organization and haven't signed up through the extension, then Vidyard will automatically put you into the Enterprise version.
Your organizes uses Vidyard GoVideo Enterprise, so you anticipate being able to access Vidyard subgroups within the Gmail compose window.
When you click on the Vidyard icon with Gmail, it only embeds the last video that you created, and you do not see the Vidyard window shown below that perhaps other colleagues are seeing.
The Vidyard version of Vidyard GoVideo is currently active. It's likely that you haven't received or accepted an email from your organization inviting you to Vidyard GoVideo Enterprise.
You will need to ask a Vidyard admin to send you an invitation to Vidyard GoVideo Enterprise.
An admin can do this by adding your email address into the GoVideo user role. Or, if you are already in a Vidyard group, select your name/email and then hit Options > Invite to GoVideo
This will send an email with a link that will move your GoVideo group into the Enterprise structure.
Once complete, refresh Gmail and you should see the change when you click on the Vidyard icon in the compose window.
