When you have connected Vidyard to Salesforce, you should be able to look at the Video View data on a Contact or Lead if the data has passed through. Even if no data has passed into the record, the panel should still appear.
You are not seeing the Video Views panel on your contacts or leads.
Vidyard for Salesforce has not been installed correctly. It's possible that the application is installed for your Salesforce instance, but there are extra steps needed to add the Video View panel to the relevant Page Layouts.
Please refer to the Vidyard for Salesforce setup article and pay close attention to Part 4: Customize Layouts with Vidyard Components. These must be added to all layouts that are assigned to users requiring the information.
