Microsoft Outlook is one of the most popular email clients used in businesses. It's very likely that you will send GoVideo/Vidyard emails that get looked at within Outlook at some point.
One of your recipients has noted that they did not see the video thumbnail within the email that they received.
This is likely caused by one of two situations (or both):
- The recipient has not enabled a function to 'Automatically download images' that are linked to a web-based source (rather than embedded directly in the email).
- The recipient is viewing the email offline and therefore the image has not been able to download.
The user will need to ensure that they have pressed the option to download images (if by default this is not set).
Be online when the email is opened.
This is not a 'Vidyard image only' issue and both of the points above would apply to any image not embedded into an email directly (using <img src=*URL*> tags).
