After creating a GoVideo recording, the video will fail to save and the extension will display a message indicating, "Uh oh! It seems like something went wrong. Try making your video again"
The service being used is experiencing issues communicating with the Chrome Browser, resulting in GoVideo being unable to access and save recorded microphone, camera, and screen data.
Perform a complete restart of your Chrome browsing instance by following the steps below.
- Right-click the Chrome application in your active applications bar.
- Select Close or Quit.
- Open the browser and attempt to record again (advised to record a test video of 3+ seconds in duration).
