When using the Vidyard app in Salesforce a Canvas error is displayed instead of a list of available video players. The error may appear in the Chatter Publisher, or the Send Video Email screen.
The Vidyard application permissions have been incorrectly configured for the user's Salesforce profile.
The profile associated with the user's Salesforce account needs either a Profile or Permission set configured in Manage Apps > Connected Apps > Vidyard. Profiles and Permission Sets can be added by clicking on Manage Profiles or Manage Permission Sets.
