Once the live stream has been stopped in the broadcast software, the video becomes an on-demand video asset in the same Vidyard player from which the live stream was initially served.
If this player is embedded on your site, you will not need to change the embed code to allow viewers to consume the on-demand video.
Note: There is a short delay between real-time events and the viewer’s reception of the video. This should not affect the quality of experience for viewers not present at the live event.
Assuming a 1080p upstream during the live stream, the on-demand video will be available at 1080p, 720p, 480p and 360p when the video is generated after the live stream has completed. At 720p upstream, the available resolutions would be 720p, 480p and 360p.
