When you have enabled the Download option on the sharing pages, you may notice that no files display in the pop-up box. You may have some security settings enabled on your page, such as an IP whitelist access code or other methods that would stop some people being able to watch the video.
This is an intentional way to prevent your viewer from being able to take the video file and distribute it away from the security methods that were set.
The best solution to enable the video file to download is to send the recipient to the internal video page on the platform, hosted on secure.vidyard.com, rather than the sharing page. That way they can preview the video and download by using the links in the options tab.
The URL for the internal video page will look similar to the following:

Also, ensure that you have added them as a user in your group and have allowed Download Video access via Group > (Groups &) Users > (Manage) > Options > Edit Permissions > Download Videos
If this option isn't available in the Features list, contact your CSM who will be able to enable it.
