When trying to use the Vidyard app in a Salesforce environment, you receive the error: "The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to".
The email address of your Salesforce user account is invalid.
Change the email address of your sandbox user account to match your Vidyard login.
To do this inside of Salesforce you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Click on your name.
- Click My Profile.
- On the left side of the screen next to Contact, click the pencil icon.
- Confirm your email address is configured to be your actual email address.
- Click Save All.
- You will receive an email from Salesforce asking you to confirm the change, follow the instructions in the email.
