When a Salesforce integration is set up correctly, you should start seeing video view data on your leads/contacts.
- There is a valid Salesforce integration with the group you are in.
- You can see an email address associated with the view in the Vidyard Analytics Centre.
- No video view data is appearing on the lead/contact when you look at their record in Salesforce.
It's likely that the Salesforce configuration for this group has not been completed by your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager.
Contact your AE/CSM to ensure that they have configured the integration on your group correctly. This setting can only be changed by a Vidyard employee.
