You should only see this message when you do not have access to the internet.
- Reload the GoVideo Extension
- Try recording in incognito mode
- Update to the most recent version of Chrome
- Force quit chrome—command + q (Mac) or Ctrl + shift + q (Windows)
- Restart your PC
- Try again under a different network. Does it work?
- Try disabling all of your extensions except GoVideo
- Right click the GoVideo Extension in the upper-right hand corner of your browser
- Click Manage Extensions
- Uncheck the enabled box for all the extensions except GoVideo
