Vidyard has updated it's Oracle Eloqua integration to version 2.0. If you choose to resync your existing version of the integration, you may receive a "vidyard_video" error preventing data from flowing into the platform.
Custom object fields pertaining to version 2.0 of the Oracle Eloqua integration will need to be added before the connection with Vidyard can properly resync.
You may decide to sync the integration on a group again and notice that the connection can no longer be made. There may be an error showing such as 'vidyard_video doesn't exist'.
a. Vidyard has made changes to the Eloqua integration which allows for more data to pass into the Video View object. The error occurs because the integration requires these on any new connections.
b. You have entered field names (check case - a common error is using 'URL' instead of 'Url') or data types incorrectly on the 'vidyard_video' custom object.
Please refer to the setup article for Vidyard's Oracle Eloqua integration to ensure that you have correctly added all of the required fields to the object.
