Overview
Outlook is a popular email client through which GoVideo email messages can both be sent and received.
The security options set on Outlook can vary for different machines. Very often, users set the "download images from external sources" setting to "prompt" so that a warning message displays whenever an email contains images from the web, rather then embedding them directly into the email.
Symptom
A recipient of your email has mentioned that the thumbnail of the video appears in a 'clear box with a red cross (X) in the corner.'
This made the experience of receiving your video message not as good as it might have been.
Cause
Microsoft Outlook is configured by default to block automatic picture downloads from the Internet. You can, however, unblock pictures that you think are safe to download.
Solution
If they wish to allow the images for the email, choose to Download Pictures using the settings in Outlook.
