When using the Outlook add-in, you are continually asked to sign in to the GoVideo application each time you want to send a video.
When signing in, the Vidyard GoVideo Add-in references a webpage and looks to the default browser's cached passwords. If you do not have any cached passwords (or have cached an incorrect password) the add-in will continue to refer to this missing or incorrect information and ask you to log in.
- Look for the stored passwords in your browser. You can follow the steps provided in this article.
- Clear/delete any passwords related to Vidyard.
- Restart Outlook and try to attach a video again. You will be prompted to sign in one more time. This time a new cached record should be created with the correct password. Any further interactions with GoVideo from Outlook should take this record and you will not be prompted to sign in again unless the password is changed or expires.
