The Vidyard Chrome Extension is experiencing issues communicating with the Google Chrome Browser, resulting in the extension being unable to access and save recorded microphone, camera, and screen data.
Perform a complete restart of your Chrome browsing instance by following the steps below.
- Right-click the Chrome application in your active applications bar.
- Select Close or Quit.
- Open the browser and attempt to record again (advised to record test videos of 3+ seconds in duration).
