You may have a situation where you have a large number of videos on your machine that you want to upload into a Vidyard group.
The issue with using the + New Player option on the dashboard is that this will create a single player with multiple videos, rather than a new player for each video.
The best way to get around this is to use an Uploader Widget, found in the Content menu as Uploaders.
Note: If you don't have the Uploaders option in the Content menu, you will need to install the Uploader Widget in the Feature Store.
Once you have Uploaders available, you can create a new widget using the button on the top right.
When you are in the Widget's settings page, ensure that you set 'Upload multiple file' to ON and 'Create a single player...' remains OFF.
Once saved, you can embed the iframe code for the widget onto a page to upload your files.
Or, more quickly, take the URL that's shown in the Iframe string and paste that into a browser.
It should follow the form of: https://secure.vidyard.com/uploader_widgets/*WIDGETID*
The resulting page will look like the following:
You can now upload multiple videos into their own players.
You can also provide this URL to anyone else (even if they do not have access to your Vidyard group through a login) so that they may add videos into the Vidyard platform.
