If you are greeted by a billing page immediately after login, it is likely that the group that you have joined is currently expired.
Though the content in the expired group will be unavailable (until reactivated) you can change groups by selecting Groups on the left navigation bar, and then by selecting Change Group.
If you would like to ensure that the expired group is reactivated, please contact your CSM or Sales Rep.
If you need to leave a group (due to expiration or no longer needing access), you can do so by following these steps:
- Click the avatar in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
- Select My Profile
- Navigate to the Groups tab.
- Click the orange X in the corner of the group you wish to leave.
