Answer
Once logged into the platform, you can check the players you have in your account by selecting Content from the dashboard on the left and then selecting 'Players' or 'Videos'
If you see that you may be missing some players / videos, please ensure you are looking within the correct group. You can check all the groups you belong to by following the steps below:
- Select Group
- Select Change Group
If you are still unable to see all your videos even after checking through all the groups to which you are a user, confirm that you are logged into the correct account (using the correct email address).
You can log out of your current session by clicking the grey robot icon on the bottom-left corner and then selecting Logout
