You may see the following message at the top of the screen in one of your Vidyard groups:
This means that one of your integrations has encountered a problem. It is likely that something has changed on the platform with which you are integrated that has interrupted the connection with Vidyard.
Navigate to the integrations page in Vidyard (select Group > Integrations) and check for a red square next to any of your platform integrations. This indicates that there is a problem and that you may need to resyn the integration.
