One interesting piece of information that can be accessed in Vidyard is the number of people that dropped off a video after a form shows.
The Player Insights tool can show drop-offs for any given second in the video. The best graph for this is Combined Viewers (see below) which details a percentage or the total number of viewers that watched each second of the video.
There is likely to be a sharp drop in viewers at the point the form shows, especially if it is mandatory to fill in.
The Combined Viewers graph will only show when filtering on a single video (either a player with one video, or filtered by video after a Player is selected). If the graph isn't rendering on the page, try adding a single video to the filter as well.
For example: When there is Pre Roll event on the second video in a player, it's possible to work out how many viewers dropped off by comparing the total number of viewers for the last second of the previous video, to the number that watched the first second of the next video.
