Use the Switch Camera Icon to change between your phone's front and rear-facing camera
Select the Record button to make a new video
Share your videos
Note: when building a playlist with both landscape and portrait videos, the playlist will be sized to fit the first video in the list. For example, a landscape video may have black bars at the top and button of the player if the first video in the playlist was recorded in portrait mode.
Expected behavior of shared videos
|Videos shared through the Apple Mail app will include a hyperlinked thumbnail of the video as well as separate URL to the video sharing page.|
|How videos appears when shared to other apps or social channels depends on how the link is treated by each platform.
At a minimum, your audience will receive a link to view the video on a separate sharing page.
Identify your viewers
One of the primary features of Vidyard is the ability for you to understand who has watched your videos and for how long.
Vidyard does this by adding a tracking token to the video sharing page URL when an email recipient is indicated.
At this time, the Vidyard mobile app is not able to add tracking tokens to videos. As a result, videos sent from your phone will receive unidentified views.
