    Hi There Ken Foong,

    Thanks so much for reaching out to our community.

    It sounds like this could one of a couple of different things:

    1. Could it be that you are initiating the recording from a browser window, but then selecting a different window or app to review? In this case, the camera will not follow you to the new location.
    2. Are you using Mac Catalina/Big Sur? If so you will need to enable screen sharing permissions. 

    If either of these things resolves the challenge you are facing I would suggest reaching out to our amazing Support Team to troubleshoot further.

    You are right, i am initiating the cam + screen record from my page. 
    where else i can initiate the software?

    if i launch at Viyard apps while Viyard webpage is on, the software can only launched recording from Viyard webpage

    Else it will show
