How to create personalized videos in bulk

How to generate videos with campaigns

You can generate AI videos in bulk using campaigns by adding your leads’ contact information. Every dynamic variable you use in your campaign script (eg. {{First Name}}) will automatically be replaced with that information for each lead when you generate your videos.

1. Sign in to your Vidyard account and select Campaigns from the main menu, then select Bulk Generate Videos
2. Select a campaign from the list, then select Next Step
3. Add information for each of the contacts you'd like to create videos for, then select Next Step
   • Select + New Row to add more contacts individually, or Upload CSV to choose a CSV file with information for multiple contacts (max 100 rows/10 columns)
   • The available variables are based on the ones you used in this campaign's title and script. Including an email lets you send personalized videos to your contacts with a single link.
4. Preview the titles, scripts, audio, and appearance of the videos that will be generated, then select which to send by checking their boxes
   • Use the play button to hear the Audio Preview of your avatar reading the script
   • If you need to make any changes, select Edit Title & Script
5. Select Generate # video(s) to finish

How to access your campaign's video history

You can see each batch of AI videos you've generated by selecting a campaign and navigating to the Videos tab. 

Under a campaign's Videos section, you can access the sharing links and the following information for each batch:

• The date the batch was generated
• How many videos were generated
• The title, link, and view count for each video
• The CSV used for that campaign's contacts

From your campaign Videos page, you can also select  to share your videos with your contacts using a single link, or select  to download the CSV you used to generate the batch (if one was used).
