Once you've generated AI videos for a list of campaign contacts, you can copy a link for use in your chosen distribution platform that ensures each contact receives a custom video just for them.

Share your videos with a distribution platform
Select your preferred distribution platform, and Vidyard will create a customized identification link for it.
Pasting the link into your platform’s email cadence gives each recipient a video personalized with the information in the CSV you provided when your AI videos were generated.
- Sign in to your Vidyard account
- Select Campaigns from the menu, then select a campaign
- Select the menu button (3 dots), then Share Videos
- Select a distribution platform from the dropdown list provided
- Choose Copy Link or Copy Link & Thumbnail, then paste the link/thumbnail into your distribution platform’s email template
Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I generate a custom link for my AI videos?
When selecting Share to access your custom link, you can run into an error if:
- The CSV file you uploaded when originally generating your videos is missing information - Contact details, especially email addresses, are necessary to ensure your viewers receive a personalized video, so you’ll be unable to create a sharing link without that information.
- Your videos were generated before the custom link feature existed (February 6, 2025) - Any videos created before this date don't have the required data to generate a custom tracking link.
To create a custom sharing link for your distribution platforms, you’ll need to generate a new batch of AI videos.
Where do I enter the sharing link in my distribution platform?
The location you’ll enter your custom sharing link will vary depending on your distribution platform. You can add your link to cadences, templates, emails, and more. To get you started, here’s a list of common options from just a few of the available distribution platforms:
