How to create personalized videos in bulk

Trying to free up some time in your busy work day? Generate custom AI videos and scripts in bulk, that are individualized and relevant to your leads. You can deliver targeted messaging at scale that resonates with your audience, in a way that feels personal and meaningful.

• Already have a script in mind? Use our keyword replacement option to personalize that script for each of your leads.
• Need a little extra help? Use enriched data to pull lead information from online sources, and have our AI create a script specifically tailored to each lead.

How to generate videos with keyword-replaced scripts

You can generate AI videos in bulk using your own script, by uploading a CSV file with your leads’ information. Every keyword you use in your script (eg. {{First Name}}) will automatically be replaced with that information for each lead when you generate your videos.

1. Sign in to your Vidyard account, then select Generate Videos in Bulk
2. Select Keyword-replaced Scripts, then select Next Step
3. Choose or create the Avatar you’d like to use in your generated videos, then select Next Step
4. Select Upload CSV to choose a CSV file from your computer containing your prospects’ contact information, then select Next Step
   • The replaceable keywords for your scripts correspond to the column headings you have set up on your CSV file (eg. name, email, website URL, company, etc)
5. Confirm that your uploaded contact information and heading keywords are correct, then select Next Step
6. Personalize your video title and script, then select Next Step when finished
   
   • Use case sensitive keywords to add different variables from your CSV (eg. “Hi {{First Name}}, here is a video just for you!”)
   • Select a background using a website URL from your CSV, that will scroll during your video to simulate a screen share with your AI avatar 
7. Select the scripts you’d like to use to create your AI videos, then select Generate Videos to finish
   • Use the edit icon to make changes to any script or title for each contact before generating your videos
   • You can see how many videos will be generated and added to your library on the Generate Video button

How to generate videos with enriched AI scripts

You can also generate videos and scripts with only a list of your leads’ email addresses. We use AI to take your enriched prospect data and tailor-make a script specifically for each person, based on the description of your business.

1. Navigate to your Home page , then select Generate Videos in Bulk
2. Select Enriched AI Scripts, then select Next Step
3. Choose or create the Avatar you’d like to use in your generated videos, then select Next Step
4. Select Upload CSV to choose a CSV file from your computer containing a list of your prospects’ email addresses
5. Confirm your list of imported prospect emails, then select Enrich Contacts Data
6. Enter a detailed description of your product or service to help the AI personalize your scripts, then select Next Step
7. Select the scripts you’d like to use to create your AI videos, then select Generate Videos to finish
   • Use the edit icon to make changes to any script or title for each contact before generating your videos
   • You can see how many videos will be generated and added to your library on the Generate Video button

How to access your bulk generated video history

You can see a list of each batch of generated videos in your Bulk Generated Video History. We provide a CSV file containing information from each email sent, including:

• links to generated videos
• video title and script (keyboard-replacement only)
• all of the columns from your original CSV (keyboard-replacement only)

History CSVs from keyword-replaced scripts will also have the same title as your originally provided CSV file.

2. Select Bulk Generated Video History
3. Select Download CSV next to whichever batch generation session you want to view
