Change your Starter billing cycle from monthly to annual
Vidyard Starter has two billing cycles with different costs. You can be billed monthly, or in a yearly lump sum. Annual plans come in at a significant discount for both Starter seats, and Vidyard Video Agent.

If you started on a monthly billing cycle, you can switch to annual to keep succeeding with Vidyard at a lower price point!
How to switch to annual billing
Once you've switched to an annual cycle, your billing will begin at your next renewal date. For example, if you originally purchased your monthly plan on September 10th, your annual billing would begin on October 10th.
Please note that switching from monthly to annual billing cannot be undone.
- Sign in to your Vidyard account
- Select Admin > Billing
- Select Switch Billing Cycle to see a breakdown of account billing changes, then Switch to Annual to confirm
Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see the option to switch my billing cycle?
If you don't see the Switch Billing Cycle button, you've likely just started with Vidyard and chose monthly billing when you made your purchase. Once you're in your second month, you'll see the option appear on your Billing page.
Can I switch from annual billing to monthly billing?
No, you cannot switch from annual to monthly billing. If you'd like to change to monthly billing, you can select the monthly level on or after your next renewal date, by cancelling and re-purchasing Vidyard.
