Easily access invoices and receipts for your Vidyard subscription in one place
You can access the most recent and past invoices for your subscription in Vidyard's billing portal. From here, you can also download invoices and corresponding receipts for your records.
How to access your invoices & receipts
- Sign in to your Vidyard account
- Select Workspace Management > Billing from the main menu
- Select Manage billing details under the Billing and Subscription section
- Under Invoice History, select the date for an invoice
- Download the invoice or receipt to save or print the
.pdffile for your records.
Is my subscription taxed?
You may have to pay sales tax on your Vidyard subscription, depending on your billing ZIP/postal code or country.
If this applies to you, the applicable tax will appear as a separate line item on your invoice. For more detailed information, take a look at our Terms of Service, section 3.2.
Tax exemptions
Some non-profit or educational institutions can receive tax exemptions on Vidyard subscriptions. If you'd like to request a tax exemption, please reach out to taxinquiry@vidyard.com.
