How to change your payment details (Vidyard Pro)

Update your credit card, address and other billing details

When you upgrade your account to Vidyard Pro, you are asked to enter your payment details (credit card, address, etc) to set up your subscription.

If you need to change payment details, you can do so at any time from the Billing Page in your account.

Change your payment details

1. Sign in to your Vidyard account
2. Select My Profile in the bottom left-hand corner, then select Billing
3. Select Edit Payment Details under the Payment details section
4. Enter your new credit card, address and other details
5. Check the box to accept our Terms of Service, then select Submit to complete the process.

Accepted payment methods

Vidyard accepts the following credit cards:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express

All Vidyard billing occurs in USD. We do this so that transactions use the local currency of the majority of our customers. It also allows us to offer stable and consistent pricing, rather than to fluctuate with exchange rates.

Vidyard Pro subscriptions after March 28th, 2023

If you signed up or upgraded to Vidyard Pro after March 28th, 2023, you'll now manage your subscription details, payment methods, and invoices in a separate portal.

1. Sign in to your Vidyard account
2. Select My Profile > Billing (from bottom left-hand corner of main menu)
3. Click on Manage Payment Details under the Billing and Subscription section
