How to create and customize Campaigns

Looking to increase your efficiency with video? Campaigns are reusable, customizable templates you can use to create AI videos in bulk and share them with your contacts.

You can edit a campaign’s title, AI avatar, and script to personalize videos for your contacts at scale in your distribution platform of choice.

How to create a campaign

1. Log in to your Vidyard account
2. Select Campaigns from the main menu, then New Campaign
   • You can also select a template to see examples of different campaign types
3. Enter a name for your campaign, then select Create

How to customize your campaign

Every video created with a campaign will follow the settings you choose for your campaign’s template. You can customize:

• Title - The title appears on each of your campaign’s videos, and can be personalized with dynamic variables that are replaced with a viewer's information (eg. {{First Name}}
• Appearance - The avatar you select is used on all videos within the campaign
• Script - What your chosen avatar reads in your AI videos. You can use dynamic variables that are replaced with information (eg. {{First Name}}) to personalize the text for your viewers.

Once you’ve finished setting up your campaign, you can start generating videos.

1. Select a campaign from the list
2. Edit the details of your campaign
3. Select Save to finish

How to duplicate a campaign

If you’re interested in an existing campaign, but want to put your own spin on it, you can create a duplicate. The duplicate will have all of the same customizations as the original campaign.

1. Select Campaigns from the main menu
2. Open the menu (3 dots) button next to the campaign you want to duplicate
3. Select Duplicate to create a copy

How to delete a campaign

If you no longer need a campaign, you can delete it from your campaign list.

When you delete a campaign, its video history will be lost, and you will be unable to use that campaign’s sharing link (link). All videos generated by the campaign will still be available in your library. Please note, deleting a campaign is permanent, and cannot be undone.

1. Select Campaigns from the main menu
2. Open the menu (3 dots) button next to the campaign you want to delete, then select Delete
3. Select Delete again to confirm
