How to share your video in an email directly from Vidyard
Share your videos via email without leaving the comfort of your Vidyard account ✉️
You can share your videos in an email to contacts, colleagues and friends directly from your Vidyard library.
Simply select the option to connect either your Gmail or Outlook account so that Vidyard can deliver emails on your behalf. Once connected, you can use this option to deliver separate, individual emails to multiple recipients at once—the perfect 1-to-many sharing distribution option for your videos.
You'll get notified in Vidyard when each recipient watches your video.
Share your video in an email
- Select a video from your library to share
- Open the Email Share menu
- If you have not already connected Vidyard to your email account, select Connect an email account
- Enter your recipient’s email address, then edit and format your message
- Click on Send Email to deliver
Sending your video to multiple email recipients
You can also use the Email Share option to send your video to multiple viewers all at once.
Simply add more than one email address into the "To" field. Or, alternatively, copy and paste a comma-separated list of email addresses to quickly add multiple recipients.
Each viewer will receive a separate, individual email with the video (as opposed to a single email with multiple recipients on the same thread).
