Why can't I download my video?
If you don't see the option to download a video, please try the following:
- Refer to the plan availability chart at the top of this article. The Download feature is only available on paid plans, starting with Vidyard Pro. Download is not available as a feature for Free users.
- If you are on a Vidyard for Business (Essentials, Growth, Enterprise) accounts, ensure that your user belongs to a Team with Download videos permission enabled.
- Make sure you are currently on the edit page of a video, not a playlist. If you're on the edit page of a playlist, click on the title of the video you'd like to download from the Videos list at the top of the page.
