Can I download a video and include the captions?

Overview

When downloading a video from the Vidyard Platform you will be prompted to download either the source file or different qualities of the video. 

Since the initial source file that was uploaded onto the Vidyard Platform did not include captions, there is no way to download a video that includes captions. 

Solution

Although there is no way to download a video that includes its captions, you do have the option to both separately download the video and the caption file.
