Overview
You may encounter a sign in loop when trying to log in to your Vidyard account in Gmail. This situation is caused by a setting in Chrome that is turned on. The setting is Block third-party cookies.
Solution
To get out of the signing loop, you would need to disable the Block third-party cookies setting.
Steps
To turn this setting off, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Content settings.
- Click Cookies.
- Turn Block third-party cookies off.
