How to manage multiple Vidyard accounts

If you are a user in multiple Vidyard accounts, you’ll want to ensure that the actions you’re taking are done in the correct account.

In this article, you'll learn how to manage multiple accounts: 

  • How to check your current account
  • How to switch between different Vidyard account

Check your current account

To check which Vidyard account you’re currently signed in to, follow the steps below.

Select a tab to learn more:
  1. Open Vidyard in your computer’s browser
  2. Click on the My Profile icon in at the bottom-left corner
  3. Check the email address that you're currently signed in with
    • If needed, select Sign Out. You can then use one of the sign-in options to access a different account.

  1. Open the browser extension or desktop application
  2. Click on the Settings icon
  3. Under Account, check the email address that you're currently signed in with.
    • If needed, select Sign Out. You can then use one of the sign-in options to access a different account.

  1. Open the Vidyard app on your mobile device
  2. Select your profile icon in the top, right-hand corner
  3. Check the email address that you're currently signed in with.
    • If needed, select Sign Out. You can then use one of the sign-in options to access a different account.

  1. Click on the Vidyard icon in Gmail, Outlook or another third-party app
  2. Next to the Vidyard logo, click on the downward arrow to check the email address you're currently signed in with
    • If needed, select Sign Out. You can then use one of the sign-in options to access a different account.

Switch between different Vidyard accounts

If the account you want to sign in to uses a different email address than your current user:

  1. Sign out of your current account
  2. Use one of the sign-in options to access a different account

If the account you want to access uses the same email address as your current user, you can switch between Vidyard accounts after signing in on vidyard.com:

  1. Sign in to Vidyard on your computer’s browser
  2. Click on the My Profile icon in the button-left corner
  3. Under Accounts, select a different account to switch into
    • If you have more than 3 accounts, select See All to view the entire list
