Having trouble using the Vidyard browser extension? Try reloading the extension to resolve the problem.
Much like you can refresh a webpage, a reload helps to reset the browser extension when it enters an unexpected state. For example:
- the extension may have trouble recognizing your camera and microphone
- you're having difficult selecting buttons or items in the UI
- the extension will not stay open
Reload the browser extension
Open the browser extension. Click on the Settings icon (⚙️), then select Reload.
Alternatively, right click on the Vidyard extension icon then select Reload
