Move users to another team

Vidyard allows you to quickly and easily add users to a team. You can also move multiple users to another team in a single action.

Remember: moving a user to another team may change their folder access and permissions, as well as what campaigns or shared avatars they have access to. It's important to understand which folders a team has access to and the permissions users have within those folders.

Please note that there must be at least one user in the Admin team.

Move an individual user

1. From the Vidyard dashboard, select Admin > Users
2. Select the menu button next to the user that you want to move, then click Move
3. Choose a team for the user to join
4. Click Move

Move multiple users

1. From the Vidyard dashboard, select Admin > Users
2. Select more than one user from the list of users in your account, then click the Move Users button at the top of the page
3. Choose a team for the users to join
4. Click Move
