How to assign Video Agent seats to users
Get your team started with AI videos and custom avatars by assigning Video Agent seats to your users. You can assign seats to existing users, or give users a seat when you first add them to your account.
Granting users a seat allows them to:
- Create unlimited AI videos
- Have 3 custom AI Avatars active at a time
- Send AI videos through their campaign workflows
The number of Video Agent seats you can grant is determined by your seat allotment, and you can always buy more as your teams' use of AI expands.
Assigning Video Agent seats to existing users
- Sign in to your Vidyard account
- Select Admin from the main menu, then Users
- Select the menu button (3 dots) next to a user, then select Edit seats
- Check the Video Agent box under add-ons, then Confirm to finish
Assigning Video Agent seats to new users
- Select Admin from the main menu, then Users
- Select Add Users
- Enter one or more email addresses into the box provided, then select a Team for your new user(s)
- Check the Video Agent box under add-ons, then Add to finish
Remove a user's seat
If a user no longer needs their Video Agent seat, you can remove it from them and free the seat up for another user.
- Select Admin from the main menu, then Users
- Select the menu button (3 dots) next to a user, then select Edit seats
- Uncheck the Video Agent box under add-ons, then Confirm to finish
Assign or remove Video Agent seats in bulk
You can assign or remove Video Agent seats for multiple users at once by checking or unchecking the boxes next to each user on the Users page, and selecting Edit Seats at the top right-hand corner.
You can also edit seats by updating your Users via CSV.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I check how many seats I have remaining?
You can see the amount of Video Agent seats you've used at the top of the Users page, by selecting Admin > Users from the main menu.
You'll also see your total under Video Agent in the add-ons section anytime you assign a seat or remove a seat for any of your users.
Can my users still create AI videos without a seat?
Yes, users in your account can still create a lifetime maximum of 15 AI videos for free without a seat, using stock avatars. Assigning them a Video Agent seat lets them create unlimited AI videos, and have up to 3 custom AI Avatars.
